Muhammad Hafiz Ma'arof (Lead Manager)

Hafiz Ma'arof started his career in the private sector and joined MOE as an Administration Manager overseeing the school’s finance, procurement, HR, inventory and pupil-related admin matters. As an Admin Manager, he was passionate about the deliverance of innovative ideas to improve efficiency and increasing the capacities of his team members through calibrated coaching as well as attending quality courses.

Hafiz joined PESTA in 2021 and assists the academy in professional development matters. He strives to elevate the levels of physical education and sport through quality training to staff.

Hafiz is a family oriented person and loves spending quality time with them. He also enjoys communicating with friends over a simple meal. Hafiz loves soccer and is a strong supporter of Chelsea. He started supporting Chelsea at the age of 7 just because he saw the team donning blue jerseys – his favourite colour! Hafiz also played rugby during his schooling days and enjoys badminton.

Hafiz has a deep passion for reading and learning. He is grateful to be part of AST and cherishes the exciting journey with his colleagues as they aspire to be the light to others.
